While this City's name which is in AP is Kalyanadurgam in Telugu and that's how people call it too and the state of AP's named it officially as well too for ages now. Why did SWR curtail the last syllable to convert it to the Kannada pronunciation which is Kalyanadurga. ?
RDG - Rayadurga was also supposed to be Rayadurgam (AP), the official name of the city as per AP state.
