Such a poor quota for three districts Bjp/Bgk/Gdg, there are absolute zero chances of ticket getting confirmed in any class SL/3A/2A and even Tatkal waiting. There are making people to forcefully use Bus/Road transport, which on another side is more convenient in timings.

In future if there will be additional coaches, It should be distributed equally.

I think % wise it is less. Among 4 sleepers only 1 is for extended three districts. Somewhere they mentioned 75% to original destination station i.e:- SUR and remaining 25% to new route. Likewise among two 3AC coaches half in one 3AC is coach is for extended route, etc. Only increase in coaches in future can bring relief to this train.

To avoid W/L, always book ticket from Solapur, SUR has huge quota of 90%, you will get confirmed seat, just change coach in solapur

11098 Poorna Exp, timings are going to be changed from 1-10-2016 ?
Today I took a PRS ticket from counter in Belagavi and on the ticket it is mentioned that New Time Table from 01-10-2016, I asked the reservation clerk, he said a delay of 2 hours can be given to up train from October
Instead of 18:30 at BGM it will be 20:30 and reaching at same time to Pune @ 5:00 am next morning.

Yes waiting to see it officially, currently this train is arriving after goa exp at bgm, around 20:15(late by 100 minutes) almost every tuesday. It is made to stop for an hour in LD and an hour in GPB to reach pune around 5 am

I heard it going to use slot of 11046(Dep timing 19:30 from pune) from Oct/Nov on Saturdays. But now it coinciding 17318 timing, strange! have to check in November on actual timing
