Status came to RAC 17 today :O. 4 dyas are still left. Status was WL 25 when checked on 15-Oct i.e 9 days before journey.
Backup ticket of ROU-SC in 17008, PNR Blog Entry# 1615584 /pnr/post/1615584 It's WL 43 RLGN so change of confirmation is negligable.

There is no daily train from Ranchi/Hatia-Rourkela to Secunderabad/Hyderabad/Kacheguda.
Only 4 days trains are there :
1) 17008/Darbhanga-SC (bi-weekly)
2) 17006/Raxaul-Hyderabad (weekly)
3) 18112/Tata-Yesvantpur via Secunderabad (weekly)
Frequncy of these trains should be increased. Or a new Daily train should be introduced from Ranchi/Hatia to SC/HYB.
The quota for Ranchi-SC is very less in 17006 & 17008. And it gets REGRET on WL 50 for SL & similarly for ACs classes.
