They also inspected vendors' IDs and provided guidance on food hygiene and quality. Passengers were asked for feedback on services. A total of 199 cases of ticketless travel, irregular travel, and unbooked luggage were detected and fines totaling Rs. 44,625/- were collected. One vendor was penalized for selling food without authorization.
