railway station was told by the inquiry counter that his train would leave Chandigarh for Varanasi at 2 PM. However, according to the railway's NTES system, the train had already left Chandigarh. The Station Superintendent reprimanded the inquiry counter staff and instructed them to provide accurate information to passengers about train timings.

staff bhi passengers ko gumraah karte hain. Sunday ko, Ambala Cantt railway station pe, ek passenger ko inquiry counter pe bataya gaya ki uski train Chandigarh se Varanasi ke liye dopahar 2 baje chalegi, lekin railway ke NTES system ke hisaab se, train Chandigarh se pahle hi chali gayi thi. Station Superintendent ne inquiry counter staff ko latadi lagayi aur unhen passengers ko train timings ki sahi jaankaari dene ke instructions diye.
