concerns about using a large crane for construction near the airport but later granted permission after a location change. The Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) subsequently invited bids for the new construction. The section within the airport perimeter will be built using reinforced cement concrete (RCC) to prevent future construction problems in sensitive areas. This section will not utilize a tunnel boring machine (TBM) but instead employ a box pushing method for tunnel excavation. The Birati station will be constructed using a cut-and-cover method.

Iske baad Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) ne new construction k liye tenders mangaye. Airport ki chahardiwari ke andar ka section reinforced cement concrete (RCC) se banaya jaayega, taaki bhavishya mein is sensitive area mein construction mein koi problem na aaye. Is section mein tunnel boring machine (TBM) ka use nahin hoga. Iske bajay, box pushing method se tunnel ko khuda jaayega. Birati station ko cut-and-cover method se banaya jaayega.
