received 52,166 complaints on the Rail Help Portal from April 2023 to March 2024, all of which were resolved within an average of 24 minutes. In the first quarter of this fiscal year (April 2024 to June 2024), 18,831 complaints were received and resolved within an average of 15 minutes. Feedback is collected from passengers after all complaints are resolved.

hai. Bhusawal division ko April 2023 se March 2024 tak Rail Help Portal pe 52,166 complaints mili, jinhe sabhi ko 24 minutes ke average time me resolve kiya gaya. Is financial year ke first quarter me (April 2024 se June 2024 tak), 18,831 complaints mili aur unhe 15 minutes ke average time me resolve kiya gaya. Sabhi complaints resolve hone ke baad passengers se feedback liya jaata hai.
