The current electric train service began on May 2nd, departing Chennai Beach at 6 pm and arriving at Tiruvannamalai at 12:05 am. The return journey starts at 4 am from Tiruvannamalai and reaches Chennai Beach at 9:50 am. The fare for the six-hour journey is Rs 50.

Abhi EMU trains mein toilet nahi hai, but Southern Railway ICF ke saath milkar nayi trains banane wala hai jinmein toilet honge. Naye trains jaldi hi chalna start kar denge. Pehle se chal rahi electric train service 2 May se shuru hui thi, yeh Chennai Beach se sham 6 baje chalta hai aur Tiruvannamalai 12:05 am par pahunchta hai. Return journey subah 4 baje Tiruvannamalai se shuru hota hai aur Chennai Beach 9:50 am par pahunchta hai. 6 ghante ki journey ka fare Rs 50 hai.
