Saath hi, 600 meter lambi NTPC Road ke liye land acquisition bhi pura nahin ho paya. State government ne AIIMS se connect karne wali elevated road ke nirman ka cost Railways ke saath share karne ka proposal diya, lekin Railways ne ye reject kar diya, kyunki ye unka project nahin hai. Pehle ki hearings mein, Patliputra Station ko chaaron taraf se connect karne ki planning batai gayi thi, jisme 600 meter lambi, 22 meter chaudi NTPC Road aur AIIMS elevated road ko station tak badhana shamil tha. Court ne pehle state ke urban development and road construction department secretary aur railway officials ki team ko nirdesh diya tha ki wo construction cost ki details provide karein. Court ne emphasis kiya ki station ko connect karne wali sadkon ki jarurat hai, kyunki station operational hai, lekin proper access nahin hai. Court is case ki next hearing February 2, 2024 ko karega.
