Sanket, instead of blaming ECR, it is high time we do some introspection and look at the representatives that we vote to power.ECR has had sent proposals before too but without political investment it is pointless.
ECR did manage to get the DHN ANVT SF Express special run right ? It was a decent train with a albeit slow TT.

What are you saying arnab bhai.....ECR being the biggest stakeholder in this case and you are asking me to exclude it and then blame everything on politics. I don't think so. ECRs attitude towards dhanbad has always been negligent and lack of political support just made their game easier. In Bihar, when they start long distance trains, has it always been political pressure, not at all. It's about focus, and when asked to propose new services, they have always put their weights on new trains for Bihar and proposing some train for dhanbad div just for the sake of it. I barely see the intent in ECR to improve passenger service in Dhn div. Political pressure can wait
