the COVID struck IR to arrange!
* To complete the project by the yr 2025, This fund has to be released in next 3 years which seems to be most unlikely. IR may complete upgradation of NDLS-BCT/HWH routes by this time, not the remaining routes. Even arranging Rs 14000 Crore for the 2 routes in next 3 years would be a difficult task.
