There will be Private Bus Lobby also behind delays in some key routes + Interest of the Politicians in providing basic infra to public.
Other Countries execute such prime projects on priority at less time. More you delay more the cost.

Somehow I feel Tk-Rdg line will get complete first compared to Tk-Dvg line. Because LA and line is almost ready in AP. Whereas LA between Tk-Cta is not going good, needs more active interest by elected leaders.
I also think TK - RDG line will get completed first. LA for TK - CTA - DVG line must be speeded up. Both these lines will become game changer once commissioned
Right, Initially thought after Tk-Rdg commissioning in future, Tk-Cta-Dvg will also get commissioned in a year or two. But now it looks like difference of year will be ~5yrs.
