Had the money splurged in the so-called flood relief and drought relief in last 70 years of independence been systematically invested in making dams, canals, interconnecting rivers, etc the news of drought as well as flood would have been things of past.

In mumbai cab companies reduced prices bit and helped lot of passengers when heavy rains shed mumbai and Local trains and BEST services was not easy transport but in Delhi opposite is happening cab ppl hiked prices..

Hats off to the Mumbai-Cab owners for this good gesture, even IR start looting the paxs during the peak season with much higher fares.
