Why Mumbai monorail is scrambling to get on track by 2019

I still remember the day when i traveled in the mono rail between Chembur and wadala depot in the year 2016 and had hoped for early completion of the entire stretch. As rightly pointed out failure to provide connectivity with the sub-urban system may be the factor for poor response and also finding a company to operate this.Poor planning
