route should be via
1. VRI-Chinna Salem-SA-Dharmapuri-HSRA.
2. KRR-NMKL-SA-BWT-KJM.

The same is going with Pune now as Central govt not more serious for making Shivajinagar /hadapasr as terminal due to which Pune junction going to suffer for new trains in future still more.
Yes it already started choking now, some 5-10 yrs ago situation of Bluru you can say.
SWR is the most generous zone maga. They will always be ready to run trains to other states with prime time slots at SBC, YPR. Locals have been demanding Hosapete ICE, trains to Vijayapura, Belagavi, Kalaburgi, Mangaluru since ages, but they are never cared.
