RM takes up the corrective measure which would have been taken considered years ago when IR decided to go for electrified tracks in WDFC also (in addition to EDFC) & should have given final verdict several months ago when IR firmed up the plans of total electrification of BG tracks in next 5-6 years. In that event, the D-Loco manufacturing capacity of DLW too shall be rendered useless. Where is the need for new DLoco factory??
