Train demand is a different thing, Punctuality is entirely different, even if 2 more trains like swatantrata senani are run, there wouldn't be shortage of passengers, this is entirely about migration.

Seeing the crowd of Bihar sampark kranti a daily antyodaya should suffice at first.
There is already a Mumbai Howrah weekly following Gitanjali on both sides, only a frequency increase is needed.
In reality Jnaneshwari and Samrasta both are quite slow trains, their schedule needs to be pushed up by a notch to make them more travel friendly.
The Antyodaya Express from Howrah should

be Introduced from NFR actually, my vote would be from Dibrugarh, from Naharlagun would be a plus, similarly Tata LTT antyodaya can be run from HTE to make it more populous.

I assume the list is of daily trains, else trains from Guwahati to South will surely be part of the list. Surprised at the exclusion of Coromandel which i thought was always crowded most of the year. Also this data shows clearly shows the lack of development in East resulting in so much outward migration. If developed it can result in so better situation and less infrastructural constraints in cities.
South and West are developed hence there are hardly any trains between these sectors in the list. Moreover flights, bus service in these sectors are so good that the crowd evens out

Require 6 rakes for each of the services (Tata Allp & DHN-Allp) with additional 5-6 more coaches in each of the rakes. So overall so many additional compartments. In the current scenario where rake availability is itself an issue, not sure if this can be worked out by railways.
But it surely is required.
