What is the logic in the hearing ?
Does it mean IR has to bear all expenses for all abandoned at IR stations?
.
Why can't HC direct all hospitals to do it ? For any treatment or emergency Hospitals don't admit the patient till someone foots up their bill.

Its such a shame that a person did not get medical facilities because he is poor. A kid did not get a medical attention because he does not have money!!! Attrocious. I wanna know what action did the court took against the Hospital !! . If no action was taken against the hospital, then its really pathetic judgment by court. This situation is like , A ill person fainted in a land belonging to a landlord , the landlord was taking him to the hospital but ill person died on the way , now the court is not penalising the landlord ... Gone are the days when doctors are considered next to god and hospitals were considered next to temple !

Agree with your point but to which hospital we will put all responsiblities?? All is not possible. As the child is found in railway station it is duty of IR to take care of him. I rather support courts judgement
