Hope second ELS will be for Passenger Trains. RB should provide 3 Phase locos to this shed.

This shed will home 200 3-Phase Locos of State of Art. But as ONLY name of Goods Locos is exclusively mentioned in the NEWS so it will home WAG-9/9H it is sure but whether it will home WAP-7 or NOT that is under suspicion as because TATA have all 3-Phase Loco maintenance facility(/blog/post/1551102) so if ALL WAG-9/9H will be transferred to this NEWLY constructed shed at BNDM then TATA can easily home WAP-7 I think and in future such action can be taken by IR I think.
