This is good gesture. like Air travel here too 'insurance cover is offered' But is limited to Online Booking travelers ?
Why othes should be left out ?
When PRS counter has all info about passengers, like address and mobile nos. passengers can be contacted by Insurance company in Time to provide cover if desired. If IR can SMS abour berth position, Insurance too can be provided... someone there up need to have 'Idea' ...
