A large chunk of this information is incorrect. I was under the impression, 2 additional lines were laid at Karmali. How come 4?
Lol TOI counted each rail n put it as 4 :p
Actually it should have been.. Two more lines were laid totalling to four :)

Probably, TOI is known for reporting the wrong stuff at the wrong time. TOI is all about celebs oops moments, and all crap.
