During the inspection, it was found that many passengers had unapproved brand water bottles. A conversation with 135 passengers revealed the authorized vendor in the pantry car was selling water bottles for ₹20 instead of ₹15. Of these 135 cases, 35 passengers were charged extra for unapproved brand water bottles and 100 passengers were charged extra for Rail Neer. During the inspection, burgers, poha, and noodles sold by authorized IRCTC vendors were found without manufacturing/expiry dates and price stickers. The quality of the burgers did not meet the required standards. IRCTC officials have been informed to take departmental action against the licensed vendor of the pantry car. A special ticket checking drive is underway due to the rush in trains during the summer season. This drive resulted in a collection of ₹53,000 in fines from passengers traveling without proper tickets on the Begampura Express. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Parmdeep Singh Saini appealed to passengers to travel with valid tickets and advised unreserved ticket holders to refrain from traveling in reserved coaches.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager ne nireekshan ke douran paya ki kai rail yatriyon ke paas anapproved brand ki pani ki bottlein thi. Begampura Express ke sabhi air-conditioned aur sleeper coach ke rail yatriyon se baat-chit karne par 135 rail yatriyon ne bataya ki train ke side pantry car ke adhikrit vikreta ne pani ki bottle ka mulya 15 rupees ke badle 20 rupees mein bechi thi. In 135 cases mein 35 rail yatriyon ko anapproved brand ki pani ki bottle par aur 100 rail yatriyon se Rail Neer par adhik shulk liya gaya. Nireekshan ke douran, IRCTC ke adhikrit vikretaon dwara beche ja rahe burger, poha aur noodles par manufacturing/expiry ki tithi aur kimaat ka sticker nahin mila. Burger ki quality tay manak ke anuroop nahin thi. IRCTC ke niyamo ke tahat, side pantry car licensee ke virudh IRCTC dwara vibhagiy karyaavahi ke liye IRCTC ke adhikariyon ko avgat kara diya gaya hai. Summer season ke douran trainon mein bheed-bhaad ke madde-nazar chal rahe special ticket checking drive ke antarगत Begampura Express mein sagan ticket checking kiya gaya. Ticket checking ke douran aniamayit yatra kar rahe rail yatriyon se 53,000 rupees ka jurmana vasul kiya gaya. Varishth Mandal Vaanijya Prabhandak Parmdeep Singh Saini ne rail yatriyon se appeal kiya ki ve vaid ticket lekar hi yatra kare, saath hi anarakshat ticket dharak rail yatri arakshit coach mein safar na kare.
