Omgitsshishir 114 blog postsNeed help on this issue. I have booked 2 tickets in IInd AC from GKP to HJP on 26.06.2024. Both the tickets are confirmed. Subsequently i have received message that this train has been cancelled on 26.06.2024 due to operational reasons. What is the process for refund of ticket amount. Will it be automatic or i need to cancel on IRCTC. Please advise for correct procedure so that i dont loose money on cancellation charges.
If booked online refund would be automatic though now a days taking 15-20 for completion of refund process

Yes, tickets will automatic cancelled when your date of journey chart preparation time came. Refund process will start after date.
