The Erode Dr MGR Chennai Central Yercaud Express (22650) and KSR Bengaluru - Dr MGR Chennai Central Mail Express (12658) will be short terminated at Avadi. Train no 22650 Erode to Chennai Central was fully cancelled on 06.12.2023. I have received a sms also in this regard. But the department refused to give refund for the reserved ticket as that train was cancelled partially. Can I take legal action through consumer court?
