Late running 22884 YPR-PURI Garib Rath just had arrived on PF-2. KZJ WDG 3A-14578 doing the honours. GR started late by 1hr 30 min at YPR....but blasted by an average speed of 62 kmphto reach Dronachalam just 45 min late.

As part of station redevelopment works in YPR, I think PF 2,3 wont be available. Hence they are cancelling trains or else diverting. 12257 YPR-KCVL is cancelled for 1 month from 20th /21st Aug as well. Similarly heard that SMVT-MAQ is likely to be diverted via BAND ,and by passing YPR. Probably that could be one reason
SMVT - MAQ ??? Do you mean SMVT - Murudeshwar via Mysuru - Mangaluru Central. That never takes Yesvantpur route, but takes Cantonment route to reach SBC. But ya, Suspension of Platform for Redevelopment is happening at Cantonment too.
Yes sorry...I guess it was being diverted for PF works at BNC. However there is pf works going on at YPR due to which YPR-KCVL is being cancelled for 1 month and few other trains also will be announced in few days
