Even if WAP7 is attached, the track allows the train to run at 110 kmph between Pune to Lonavla. From there onwards, the ghat section is 60 kmph, Karjat Panvel is not above 110 kmph. In KR where the speed limit is 120, the train has ICF coaches so again it cannot travel above 110.
The max speed of WAG7 is 105 and WAG9 is 100, WAG9HC is 110kmph. SO it hardly makes difference with the loco for the section where train runs and ICF coaches.
