ICF cannot be given , it's a complete LHB they have to repair it or replace it with another LHB,
Already it's a replacement from NR, this coach does not belong to 12314, original was damaged on its way to NDLS

Nope , they have managed to run the AC partially by drawing power from B2 coach, NDLS AC staff is on board for any assistance if required, Coach replacement would have taken around 3-4 hrs so they decided to go with this coach only, plus this is already a replacement coach as the original coach had a cracked wheel

RF in CC problamatic, RF in non AC Coaches is very Easy, plus FCs would have less clogged
