Correction: Liluah(LLH) does not have any loco workshop. It has Carriage workshop where the coaches are repaired/POH ed.

I think SER should try running it as a normal special with the same timing & stoppages as premium.

This is one of the most biased boards that I have seen. Space should be given equally to both the names, whereas in this case the 2nd name seems to be an after thought.
In July'13 I was travelling by 12673 Cheran Exp, even that train had the name written as Navjeevan Exp with the destinations as ADI-MAS-CBE. No where could I find the name CHERAN mentioned. This was the MAS end board on the platform side. Many general (non-railfan) passengers were confused by this.

In the 1980's when GT & TN had RSA, the 4 boards were meticulously changed at MAS & NDLS, whereas today SER & SR do not have the time to change the 4 boards of 12839/40 & 12841/42.
