NWR wasted the opportunity to introduce this train during the season where at least they could have understood the response rate for the same.
And if it's running on the current TT, better not introduce it as there is no speed up or anything special about this HUMSAFAR then.

and also we expect better TT for this train from Jodhpur to Mumbai, if you realize since years, JU-Mumbai trains have not been speeded up at all. The patch doubling at various sectors should reduce the slack time and make this train a faster alternative compared to the other trains.
They have not even regularize 12490 DDR-BKN express even though its HIT train with a different route. Because of its bi-weekly nature, its priority gets compromised too.
I don't know what are the officials of JU division doing.

Arre even the Ajmer-Bhilwara-Chittorgarh-Udaipur route is getting electrified. Why only Jodhpur is getting neglected. because of a small patch of 100kms, the trains will have to run on diesel and on a single line. Sadly, there is no one to lobby on the Mumbai-Jodhpur sector.
12490 is also being underrated and not getting daily runs, since last 8 years of its introduction, its frequency hasn't increased even by a day more, despite proving its mettle on this sector.

What is IR waiting for? Is there any possibility of it starting before 2018, so that new year eve rush can be absorbed from both the sides?

I want to travel from MBNL to mumbai back but BKN-DDR is running full with no room...forget about ranakpur and suryanagari? don't know why humsafar took so long that it hasn't been introduced
