I want to book ticket in FalakNuma Express() from Secundrabad to Bhubneshwr for 24/10, but in 3AC & SL class it is showing Regret/Wl and is not pemitting to book tickets. What are the option i have(must) to book ticket in this train on this date. Do i need to contact IRCTC/Travel agent?

I wish to visit bhubaneshwar, puri & visakhapatnam.
I would like to book hotel in bhubaneshwar for 24/10(morning to night) and in puri for 24 night to 25/10 night. Along with night i would need cab on oth days to visit Sun temple and chilika lake. please assit/suggest me the Hotels and taxi for above moentioned dates and place.
