Kissi bhi train ka OT tabhi hona chahiye jab wo nihayat hi zaroori ho. Har train ka apna importance hota hai. Kai baar controller kuch trains ko aadhe ghante ya us-se jyade samay rok kar pichey wale train ko cross karwate hai, jo ki nahi hona chahiye.
