Another shocking incident a cockroach was found in a meal served by the IRCTC pantry. The incident took place on July 17, 2015.
The passenger was traveling in the New Delhi bound 22209 NDLS Duronto Express train from Mumbai.

When the meal was served, there was something seen in the rice. On closer inspection there was not one but two dead cockroaches in the lunch served to the passenger in coach B7. This is not the first time that such an incident has surfaced. Many people have complained about the hygiene standards that the IRCTC maintain. The nuisance of roaches and rats in Long-distance are becoming common while travelling in train. This causes discomfort while traveling, especially to the elderly people.

No line system followed at RJY with this huge crowd also, where as at VSKP DRM madam making all people to follow line system. Scouts and guides , other NGO helping there.
As people hanging trains not starting from station as it may lead to accident. No body controlling the crowd who are entering into the station.
