I (Sandeep Misra) booked a ticket from sawai madhopur to vapi whose PNR NO is 2209927358 & the date of journey is 17/11/10.I booked the ticket from Sawai Madhopur station booking counter.Although in the reservation form I mentioned the age clearly 38 years but the person who was sitting on the window by mistake gave my age as 58.I immediately point his mistake as soon as i got printed ticket on my hand but after lot of argument he was not accepting his mistake.Then I told him that now what was the solution for this mistake, he asked me to cancel the ticket of mine & book one ticket again but doing that I might get my berth to some other...

coach.So Kindly now let me know that what should I do or where should I contact or give application to change the age in my ticket.I'm ready to pay whatever the charges are applicable but I want the seat with my family.Presently I'm in Vapi & whom to contact at vapi or valsad.Can anybody provide me Email Id of officially railway authorities where I can mail my problem.
I tried to mail on following mail ID i got from net (official railway complaint ID) but all returned undelivered.I don't know why government gave this false ID
