Self digging grave. ECoR wants to cancel VSKP DGHA and SHM trains as they are not performing well. This is the most funny thought that can ever creep in to the never used cells of ECoR's mal-functioning brain.
ZRUCC suggests to re-call VSKP DGHA & SHM and use the same to run to MYS from VSKP and Puri MAQ.
AS there is no demand for these trains, ZRUCC suggested to re-route these trains to above said places via RU,KPD and via calicut to MAQ.

There was never a demand from VSKP side to these places and it can be noted that these trains are the outcomes of political fantasy.

ECoR self initiated love towards IR to loot away of the coaches of VSKP.
AFAIK, these coaches stay @ VSKP and can be used for any spl or new trains.

Good one. But both trains have picked up. Nevertheless, they are not super performing trains unlike others from vskp.
SHM SF was ditched by terminating station and timings, and DGHA was a alien to VSKP'ites.

Frankly, I am not interested what sort of place is Digha but why ECoR thought to cancel them. Even then, they should leave the choice of what use we can make with those rakes.

Even DHN GR from BBS, Odisha Rajya Rani, BBS LTT via some different were not performing well. But ECoR needs rakes as these rakes belong to VSKP.

PKU HWH local train for this trains passengers but strange people avoid SHM station for its facilities. I am really afraid that you still didnt try to understand what the post was all about.
Yes, there is a need a train to HWH from VSKP but takes a back seat when compared to many other places.
Even, localities of HWH dont bother to go to SHM station, how can you suggest people from other places to take a train to PKU to HWH ?

That is what VSKP has suggested. But on QUID PRO QUO status, they wanted rakes and hence wanted to cancel the train.
