This train has been made into a complete and utter joke. Reschedules on a daily basis have really made it imperative that some serious questions need to asked to SER and SECR, as to guage their capability to run passenger trains. This train has be to diverted via PCOI atleast on an experimental basis, to restore some amount of shame and commitment to duty for SER and SECR. It shouldn't be much difficult since the rake belongs to PUNE_CDO!
It may be a longer route but it is arguably faster and the delays won't get piled up to such an extent!

I wonder if this train 12307/08 could have been made daily (as was the case during its slip version in its ICF days), while the connection to BKN could be retained by making 12495/96 into a tri weekly service (additionally 12259/60 Duronto frequency could be increased in future as per demand). 12307/08 used to be a very prestigious superfast train on its route back in the day, and it shouldn't be reduced to a mere 4 day service.

The government should focus on upgrading the train tracks first, especially for the Delhi-Howrah and Delhi-Mumbai routes which were supposed to be upgraded by 2025
But we can see government is Focusing more on Station Redevelopment& Vande Bharat Train sets.

Isi Yug mein hum saare jee rahe hain, Chicha... for the last 5-6 years I have been hearing about upgradation of Delhi Mumbai and Delhi Howrah route to 160kmph MPS... even as early as 2017-18... nothing yet on ground. Delhi Howrah isn't even 100% 130kmph yet... many stretches in between with MPS 75-90 kmph... abhi toh sab jumla lag raha hai...
