I had confirmed tickets in 2AC on 29th Sept 2023, but just now recieved a message that train is cancelled due to unappropriate reasons. Ho will I get refund and How much money will be refunded? Shall i have to cancel it through IRCTC or it will be automatically cancelled.

Is there any way to find the seats which are vacant for a particular date are Lower or not in 3AC?? As I have to book tickets 3AC in 12628 with my parents and from Ndls to KPG on 29th Sept 2023 with my parents and there is only 7 seats left but not sure if these are lower one or not. Can anyone guide me.
