The proposal for the Tankapur-Jaipur weekly festival special train service (24 trips) via Bareilly, Chandusi, Delhi, Rewari, Alwar, Bandikui has been sent to the Gorakhpur zone headquarters/Railway Board by the Izatnagar Division of the North Eastern Railway. If approved by the Railway Board, it will be implemented soon.

Yo, so they're gonna do some non-interlocking work at Mathura Jn. (MTJ) station for a total yard makeover in the PWL-MTJ section on the Agra Division. They're gonna completely remodel the yard at Mathura Jn., including the WCR UP & DN lines, NER branch line, and UP & DN main line. They'll be dismantling and inserting points and cross-overs at both ends, doing some TRD work, shifting/installing signals and cables, and all that jazz.

Yo, travelers, listen up! There's a possibility that the Mathura Junction yard remodeling work is gonna start soon. After this work, the Alwar-Mathura and Mathura-Kasganj lines will be connected. Plus, trains from Achhenera will be able to go to Alwar without any reversal at Mathura Jn, and trains from Kasganj side can also go to Alwar after engine reversal. Due to this work, from 16th October to February, the route for Bikaner-Prayagraj-Bikaner will be via Bharatpur, and only till Jaipur for Barmeer-Mathura. On top of that, Alwar/Jaipur-Mathura will also be canceled. Once the aforementioned work is complete, there will be a direct route from Alwar to Mathura section, which will be in the NER zone, making way for new long-distance trains. Peace out!
