Yes, you can file TDR for 1 passeng
I have booked the Tatkal ticket for the train 12524 and today it is running around 10 hours late (yet to arrive at the station), and now I want to cancel 1 seat out of 4. Can I file the TDR for one seat, if yes, can you please help with the procedure?

Bhai WL e-ticket charting ke baad WL hi rahta hai to apne aap cancel ho jaata hai na aur uska refund mil jaata hai na? ya apne ko manually karna padta hai?
kyonki mera ticket WL rah gaya hai chart banane ke baad journey kal thi 12 baje dophar. Pls guide
