Interesting facts:
1. Silver Jubilee Rail Bridge was commissioned only during 1935: click here
2. Golden bridge (Road) on River Narmada did not exist till 1881.
Thus ferry crossings until both bridges were built.

They can provide an extra stop at DD and run ADI-DD & WADI-ED on e-loco.
IR could also do this for KR trains passing via BRC where the change to e-Loco could take place at PNVL.
