Most of these fires are insurance scams. Owners of these buildings get very little as rent so the only way to kick these tenants out is to do something like this. Honestly I feel sorry for the owners whose property is worth in millions but usually get paltry sum as rent. Even my family faced these problems in Delhi and Bangalore but we got back our properties through court proceedings.

Actually it came with shabby looking old locos from MMR and got bright and new looking locos from GTL.
