Fzr - Ldh route gives good speed plus, this would be first connection of LDH to SGNR/BKN.

I have travelled in 19223 recently, it never went above 96kmph. And many PSRs/TSRs + 2° curves on FZR-JUC route. Comparatively LDH route doesn't have any such restrictions throughout FZR-Ldh. But of course that wouldn't be the reason for choosing this route. LOCO Reversal and LDH connectivity with SGNR/BKN makes more sense
