During Chhath Festival, will it be possible to extend South Bihar Express to Gorakhpur via Patliputra station? It will be a boon for the People of North of Ganga bordering Bihar / Purbanchal.
If not then can a new / special train be run from Rourkela/Tata to Gorakhpur via Patliputra --> Chhhapra --> Siwan

Such a long extension not possible for South Bihar Exp. Special train can be introduced
