Why is 12685 so horribly late today? It left MAS on time yesterday, departed Katpadi more than an hour late (after halting there for half an hour), and then by the time it reached Morappur it was delayed by 6 hours! Does anyone know what happened between KPD-MAP?

Spotted this train today with an electric loco at KTU! Was most probably a WAG-5; I'm not sure since I saw it from a distance. Has it got a regular electric link? Has anyone else spotted it with an electric loco?
