Fact...Indore one of the biggest cities in MP, has two sf dailies to capital, both of them running at horrible 58 kmph, taking more than 14 hours to cover just 830 km
Fact...The gateway of NE Guwahati and the business capital Mumbai has no daily trains between them...The weekly ones take more than 40 hours..making it a difficult choice for ppl with busy schedules

Is electrification necessary for high speed trains...see adi raj...njp shatabdi..aii shatabdi...They run with diesel locos, but aren't they high speed? They may not crack 140 mark like hwh raj but still, will be faster than those other crawlers

Hwh raj will not run with diesel locos because the line is already electrified...then why unnecessarily run diesel locos...but you have nothing to do with hwh-ghy lines or those in karnataka or in rajasthan until they get electrified...btw the question you asked was quite a silly one...:))

In every poll howrah duronto gets so many votes....sdah duronto is always underrated....
Sdah raj has excellent run...has good priority....and is one of the pure bengal train....but still see it has got no votes...people have gon partial with trains too...

That's why I'm asking, why all opt duronto Howrah over trains like Duronto SDAH, or SDAH RAJ? They are much more punctual and betier trains.. I agree HD has SL coaches..but see the question...its about 3A....still people choose HD
