Passengers previously requested the service to become a regular route, but no action has been taken yet. A stop at K R Puram was added for trains leaving Cantonment, benefiting people in areas like Whitefield. However, criticism exists that the Vande Bharat caters primarily to affluent passengers. Some argue for the inclusion of at least two general compartments to make the train more accessible to the general public. Another concern raised is the lack of ticket purchase options at the station, limiting accessibility to those with reservations.

aisi hi chal rahi hai, aur Saturdays and Sundays ko bahut zyada rush hota hai. Paasengers pehle se hi chahte the ki ye train regular chalne lage, par abhi tak koi action nahi liya gaya hai. Cantonment se nikalne wali train ke liye K R Puram pe ek stop add kiya gaya hai, jisse Whitefield jaise jagah ke logon ko fayda hua hai. Leikin, is baat pe bhi bahut saare complaints aa rahe hain ki Vande Bharat sirf aam logon ke liye nahi hai, balki sirf amiron ke liye hai. Kuchh logon ka kehna hai ki is train mein kam se kam 2 general compartments honi chahiye, taaki aam log bhi is train mein safar kar sake. Ek aur baat yeh bhi hai ki aap station pe ticket nahi le sakte, aapko sirf reservation karne ke baad hi ticket milta hai, isse bahut saare logon ko dikkat hoti hai.
