The Madhya Pradesh government is currently working on the Bhopal and Indore Metro Rail projects, estimated to cost around 15,500 crores. The Metro Corporation is striving to utilize local suppliers for these projects as much as possible. They have partnered with industry organizations CII and FICCI to identify and procure supplies...

from local companies. The goal is to increase local participation in the projects, including supplies for items like nuts and bolts, signaling, lighting, steel fabrication, safety equipment, rail line welding, interior work for civil construction, power supply equipment, bridge bearings, JCB machines, cranes, loaders, and various other machinery. While currently most civil construction materials are locally sourced, a significant portion of supplies still come from outside the state. The Corporation believes that even a 5-10% increase in local supplies from districts like Bhopal, Indore, Raisen, and Dhar would significantly benefit the local economy. Companies in Govindpura and Mandideep, known for their expertise in steel fabrication and engineering products, as well as high-precision instruments, bridge bearings, and railway engine parts, are potential suppliers. Similar potential suppliers also exist in Indore and Pithampur (Dhar). While a few large companies are involved in the metro projects, numerous smaller contractors are also engaged in the construction process.

Govindpura aur Mandideep ki companies, steel fabrication aur high-precision instruments, bridge bearings, railway engine parts, etc. me mahir hain, aur yeh metro projects mein samagri supply kar sakte hain. Indore aur Pithampur (Dhar) mein bhi aise companies hain jo yeh kaam kar sakte hain. Kuchh badi companies metro projects me involved hain, lekin saath hi kai chhote contractors bhi kaam kar rahe hain.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
