negligence on the part of the senior DME of the Samastipur division and the Coaching Depot officer in Jaynagar. The incident also led to an investigation into the cleanliness practices on all trains originating from Samastipur, with railway personnel being deployed to monitor these aspects regularly. The lack of railway personnel on trains had been leading to increasing complaints of uncleanliness, dirty bedrolls, cockroaches and rats.

se Samastipur division ke senior DME aur Jaynagar ke Coaching Depot officer ki laaparvahi saamne aayi. Is incident se Samastipur se chalne wali sabhi trains ki safai aur dusre aspects pe nazar rakhne ke liye daily railway personnel ko deploy kiya jaayega. Train mein railway personnel ki kami ke karan ganda bedroll, cockroaches aur chuhe ki shikayat badh gayi hai.
