in such cases railway authorities may authorise tc to issue general unreserved to ticket/s and allow them to board in any reserved coach and collect difference of money from such passengers if berts or seat not available they will travel in unreserved coach
this will help last moment standing in que to purchase a ticket carrying luggae will be very difficult to purchase general unreserved ticket after knowing e ticket is not confirmed . particularly at all important stations it is really very task to passengers

railway has to find methods for comfort travelling right from booking to reachinh destinations
