I am from mumbai, i had taken Discover 125st bike from amethi, Uttar Pradesh. I had not yet registered that bike from auto aoffice it is in Uttar pradesh
i had a purchase paper & Insurance paper with me. i need to shift my bike from uttarpradesh to mumbai, Maharashtra & want to make all papers & documents from mumbai.

Well, I don't think that it can be parcelled without being registered.. Better send it by courier.. Or get yoour bike registered in UP and take NOC from agency and get it re-registered in Maharastra.. Thats the only way I think.. Without RC they may not book or parcel your bike..
Railways will carry your motor cycle. They have this service. But first you get your motorcycle a temporary registration as with this paper, no one will carry your motor cycle be it railway or private courier or transporter.
Just pay some money and it will get done... ask Railway Babu or middle man ,he will even get you a Temp. Registration!
