Passengers ne user capacity ke baare mein bhi confusion dikhaaya hai, jo IRCTC ne bataya hai woh actual mein nahi hai. Complaints yeh bhi hain ki private apps jaise Paytm, Tatkal tickets book kar rahe hain, jaise ki rules mein nahi hai, jisse fairness aur transparency par sawal uth rahe hain.
